Keto Quesadillas:

3 c. shredded cheddar
4 c. shredded chicken 
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1 bell pepper, sliced
salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Freshly ground black pepper
Sour cream, for serving

 Method:

  1. Preheat stove to 400ยบ and line two medium heating sheets with material paper. 
  2. In a medium skillet over medium-high warmth, warm oil. Include pepper and onion and season with bean stew powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until delicate, 5 minutes. Exchange to a plate. 
  3. In a medium bowl, blend together cheeses. Include 1/2 measures of cheddar blend into the focal point of both arranged heating sheets. Spread into an even layer and shape into a circle, the measure of a flour tortilla.
